Convention Exhibitors

Nebraska's Premier Hunting Event

Our annual convention brings together hunters, conservationists, outfitters, manufacturers, retailers and outdoor enthusiasts from across Nebraska and beyond. As an exhibitor, you'll have the opportunity to connect directly with an engaged audience that shares your passion for the outdoors.

Whether you represent a hunting destination, outdoor brand, conservation organization, retailer, or service provider, we invite you to become part of one of Nebraska's premier hunting and conservation events.

Annual Convention Vendors

Become part of an event that celebrates hunting, conservation and the people who make our outdoor traditions possible. Many of our exhibitors return year after year because the relationships built during our convention extend well beyond the weekend. The Platte River SCI Chapter's annual convention provides a welcoming environment where meaningful conversations turn into lasting partnerships and loyal customers.

Exhibitor Request Form

Please fill out the fields below to request space at our annual convention. All requests are vetted by our Board of Directors and Convention Committees to ensure alignment with the mission of our organization.

Multi-line address

Exhibit space will be 8' wide with one table and chairs provided. You may bring your own display racks or small tables, but they may not intrude on other exhititors' space.

Exhibit space fee may be waived in exchange for an agreed-upon donation for raffle or auction items.

Exhibitor Rules

  1. Each exhibit may represent only one company or organization. You may not advertise, sell or promote any other company/hobby/business.

  2. You are expected to stay until the trade show is over. Please be respectful and wait to take your exhibit down until then or until released by the trade show manager. If for any reason you will need to leave prior to the show ending, please inform us at least one week before the show as this will affect your placement on the floor.

  3. Your exhibit fee is non-refundable. All fees go toward the venue, advertising and convention expenses, which are paid in advance. There will be a $30 fee on all returned checks.

  4. If your exhibit requires electricity, please bring your own extension cords. We can promise only one spot on the outlet, so please plan accordingly.

  5. Please clean up your area when you are done. We will sweep, mop and clean the exhibit area, but please take down your tables and pick up your trash, clean up spills, etc.

  6. Set up may be allowed the night before. This will be determined closer to the date. Exhibitors who wish to set up the night before need to make arrangements to do so.

  7. You must be completely set up no later than 2:00 pm the first day of the show.
